Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nuvora.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has any issues or if it is defective, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
